This website was developed to engage students in Science, in particular in the topic of genetics for yr 10. It was developed to introduce ICT into science lessons for an alternative to conventional teaching methods. It is based for teachers use in the classroom, although students might find some resources linked  form this site interesting and beneficial.

Genetics is the subject of DNA and RNA coding of living things. It takes a look at DNA structure in terms of genes, chromosomes and many more things (i'll fill you in on the jargon along the way!). It also looks at how certain genes are hereditory from ancestors and why.
